Oh, happy accidents! This time, not involving any camera-related stupidity, but rather the navigational error that landed us in Canandaigua, NY, an odd little place near Rochester which houses the Sonnenberg Mansion and Gardens. It was SO GORGEOUS! I could have spent an eternity in the greenhouses alone (and would have if it hadn’t been for a restless, melting companion) and the Queen Anne’s style mansion was so charming! If I lived closer and the price of admission wasn’t a whopping $10, I think I’d be there at least once a week.
